Minett-Kompost
New acceptance regulations for organic waste from 2 April 2007
Green waste from private individuals/households in the syndicate municipalities will continue to be accepted free of charge up to a volume of 1 m3 if it is delivered directly by the waste producer. The costs for this will be charged to the municipalities as usual.
However, if this green waste is not delivered to the composting plant by the private individual themselves, but via a commercial enterprise, the commercial enterprise must prove both the origin of the waste from the private household and the assumption of the costs by the respective municipality by means of a certificate.
Confirmation of the assumption of the recycling costs by the respective municipality must also always be provided if waste with a volume of more than 1 m3 is delivered, even if this is delivered directly by the private household.
In the case of deliveries for which no certificate is available (exceptions: private households under 1 m3), the processing costs of EUR 43 (index 668.46) per tonne of green waste are charged directly to the supplier by the Minett-Kompost syndicate.
Citizens can obtain the certificate from the technical service of the municipal administration (Max Klein, Tel:)
